Kremlin spokesman: Iran is a clear example of development under sanctions

Russian President Putin's press advisor continued: "I have been to Tehran several times recently; Iran is developing despite living under sanctions for decades."
Peskov's remarks were made at a time when Russia was facing unprecedented Western sanctions following the start of military operations in Ukraine.
