The former Russian president and now deputy head of the Security Council, Dmitry Medvedev, wrote on Telegram, commenting on the decision of the president of the United States to run for a new term. "If I were in the place of the US military, I would quickly produce a fake briefcase with false nuclear codes in case it wins so as to avoid irreparable consequences," Medvedev said quoted by Adnkronos.
