Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko said Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky attempted to establish diplomatic contact with Belarus. "He proposed to me: 'Let's talk'", said the Belarusian leader in an interview with the Russia-1 television channel. "I don't talk to him anymore," Lukashenko added, as reported by the Russian media, "but I don't feel any kind of anger towards him." Lukashenko also added that he had refused the invitation of the Ukrainian delegation which had proposed to hold the peace talks in Istanbul.
