21 people were injured as a result of the occupation's attack on the families of Palestinian prisoners
The Palestinian Red Crescent said at least 21 Palestinians were injured when Zionist forces attacked a gathering of families of Palestinian prisoners in front of Ofer prison in the western city of Ramallah, in the West Bank.
According to TC Al-Mayadeen, the Palestinian organization stressed that Palestinian families were awaiting the release of a new group of children and teenagers from a Zionist prison as part of an agreement between Tel Aviv and Hamas when they were attacked by radical Zionist elements. According to this report, Israeli soldiers fired live bullets at Palestinians and used tear gas extensively on said Palestinians. The Palestinian Red Crescent announced that 7 Palestinians were wounded by Zionist shelling in front of Ofer prison, 4 Palestinians were injured by bullets, and 10 others were suffocated by tear gas. 63 Palestinian children were also evacuated from a building located near the area where the Zionist occupiers fired tear gas. An Al Jazeera reporter reported that Israeli occupation forces tried to prevent filming of a bus carrying Palestinian teenagers released from an Israeli prison by firing tear gas.
