Another Turkish soldier was killed in the clash with the PKK
A Turkish army soldier seriously injured by the explosion of an improvised explosive device by PKK forces has died. Ankara has included the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) in the list of terrorist groups and, under the pretext of countering this group, attacks the northern regions of Iraq and Syria, violating the territorial integrity of these two countries. According to the TRT channel, the Ministry of National Defense of Turkey announced in a statement that today (Tuesday) in the operational area of Panje, "Mustafa Çakmak", the infantry sergeant of this drawer, was killed due to the explosion of an improvised bomb planted by PKK members, which seriously injured him. Chakmak was immediately taken to hospital, but he could not be saved and he died. Armed conflicts between Turkey and the PKK have resulted in more than 40,000 deaths. The illegal presence of Turkish troops in the northern regions of Iraq and Syria has always had strong reactions from the populations and governments of these two countries. Baghdad and Damascus called Ankara's attack a clear example of occupation. The United Nations has repeatedly stressed the cessation of Turkey's attacks on Syria and Iraq.
