China and Egypt issue joint statement on Palestinian issue
On January 14, Wang Yi, member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Foreign Minister, held talks with Egyptian Foreign Minister Shoukry in Cairo during his visit to Egypt.
The two sides exchanged views on the Palestinian issue, including the Gaza crisis, and the Palestinian-Israeli conflict, and reached the following consensus:
1. There should be an immediate and comprehensive ceasefire, stop all acts of violence and killing, and stop attacking civilians and civilian facilities.
2. Express deep concern over the deteriorating humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip and the ongoing suffering of the Gaza people.
3. Call on the international community and international donors to provide all forms of support to the Palestinian National Authority.
4. Both sides are paying close attention to the development of the situation in the Red Sea and should consider it in conjunction with the situation in Gaza, which is the main trigger.
The Zionist regime had previously banned the export of dual-use products (military and civilian) and even regulated concrete to the Gaza Strip, but now the regime is encountering the same problem when procuring dual-use components from China.
Israeli importers now complain about being forced to provide documentation when buying high-tech dual-use components made in China. Filling out these forms incorrectly can cause shipping delays and add to the Israeli company's problems. Because they are already dealing with disruptions to global supply chains caused by attacks on Zionist ships by Yemeni forces.
Since the Zionist regime began its brutal attacks on Gaza, the Zionist regime has been restricted from importing dual-use goods from China.
In recent weeks, Zionist regime high-tech companies have repeatedly complained about delays in shipments of dual-use components from China.
An industrialist from the Zionist regime said that these unofficial sanctions include delays in shipping schedules from China to Israel, stressing: China has imposed some kind of sanctions on us, although they have not officially announced it, but they are delaying and Slowing exports of goods to Israel.
