He has claimed that Washington's main goal is to reduce tensions and ongoing conflicts in the region through diplomatic means. Biden has claimed that: "In Gaza, we have tried to reach an agreement with the help of the United Nations Security Council to establish a ceasefire and release the Israeli hostages." In Lebanon we are also negotiating an agreement that will return residents from both sides of the border to their homes."
The President of the United States has claimed that: "With the approval of the agreement, the entire region of West Asia will have great stability." Biden's remarks come at a time when the actions of the Zionist administration, especially in the last week, have increased tensions and disturbances in the West Asian region. The Zionist army, which has been intensifying the war against the Palestinians living in Gaza for several months, also carried out large-scale attacks in various areas of southern Lebanon last week.

In a criminal act, Israel blew up the pager and walkie talkie communication devices of
thousands of Lebanese and fighters of the Islamic Struggle Movement, killing tens of people and injuring more than three thousand people.
