The head of the political bureau of Hamas, Ismail Haniyeh, says that "if the Zionist enemy wants the war to be long, the resistance capacity is even longer".

He then said he was confident in the ability of the Palestinians in Gaza to survive the Israeli aggression on the tormented territory and emerge victorious. Despite the "barbaric" Israeli attacks, the Palestinian people thwarted Israel's plans, Haniyeh said. "The enemy has not been able to achieve any of its objectives or obtain the return of its prisoners, except at the price decided by the resistance," he said again. "If the enemy wants the battle to be long, our capacity is even longer", concluded the leader of Hamasitato from the international media.

The armed wing of Hamas says the Israeli regime has lost dozens of military vehicles since it began its aggression against the besieged Gaza Strip. Al-Qassam Brigades spokesperson Abou Obaida confirmed that “more than 160 Zionist military vehicles have been totally or partially destroyed since the start of the ground aggression” in the Gaza Strip. Oubaida explained, in a speech broadcast by Al Jazeera, that the Brigades "destroyed 25 Zionist vehicles in the last 48 hours". He added: “Our resistance fighters emerge from the ground, from under the rubble and destroy enemy armored vehicles and tanks.” For the Palestinian exponent, the Israeli tanks are facing violent resistance and fierce clashes that are forcing them to retreat and change the course of the incursion.
