Negotiators from the Zionist regime, the United States, Egypt and Qatar reached an agreement in Paris on Sunday to end the Israeli-Palestinian war and release other Zionist hostages held by Hamas.

According to the Arab News Agency  Hamas issued a statement on Tuesday night saying that the proposed plan should include a comprehensive ceasefire in Gaza, a complete cessation of the war against the Palestinian nation, as well as the provision of humanitarian aid, resettlement of displaced persons and the Palestinian people, reconstruction Gaza Strip, lifting the blockade of the Strip and exchanging detainees from both sides.

Mahmoud Mardawi, one of the leaders of the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), said that in every negotiation, proposal and plan, we seek a complete halt to the war in Gaza.

Mardawi noted that just as the Zionist regime seeks the release of its detainees, Hamas is also negotiating to free its detainees from Israeli prisons.

Late on Tuesday, Qatar's Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani said progress had been made in ceasefire talks in the Gaza Strip, without giving details.

During a visit to the Rafah crossing on the Gaza Strip's border with Egypt, a French parliamentary delegation declared that Israel would destroy not only Hamas but all residents of Gaza.
