On Monday, regime warplanes attacked key military installations and infrastructure in the western Syrian coast, including the cities of Tartus and Latakia.Israeli warplanes have targeted weapons depots in the areas with missiles. Loud explosions have been heard throughout the cities during the attacks.
Lebanon's al-Mayadeen TV reported that Israeli forces had entered and occupied a 15-kilometer strip of Syrian land in the Quneitra region of western Syria.The Russian news agency Sputnik reported that Israeli attacks on military bases in Hama and Homs, two other provinces in western Syria, adding that attacks on the Hama and Halab (Aleppo) regions, also in western Syria, have caused great damage.
Various news sources have announced that Israeli warships have fired several missiles and hit areas of the Syrian coast, especially the Tartus region.Also yesterday, Sunday, the Israeli army captured three new Syrian villages, in the Dara'a province of western Syria as well as the villages of Mazraat Beit Jan and Mughr al-Mir in the Rif Dimashq Province.
