Kazakhstan, on the borders of China and Russia talking about security
Kazakhstan surrounded by autocracies has brought the world together to talk about global security. It's a bit like talking about wolves in a mountain sheepfold: an international forum, two days starting this morning, around a table to talk about peace and good business, 40 panels and more than 70 participating countries: all passionately gathered in the capital Astana together with the heads of the major world institutions; from the IMF to the UN, of course, but also from the BRICS to the SCO.
