Kim made the call when he attended the exercises of the country's Air Force. The leader of North Korea has emphasized that the primary responsibility of the army is to prepare for war and has instructed the country's Air Force to be ready to implement various methods of surprising warfare.

"Our forces should be ready to face the enemy with all their spirit and strength and change history in the event of war", said the leader of North Korea without mentioning any country as a potential threat to the country. In the past, Kim Jong-un once made similar calls and accused the United States of pushing the Korean Peninsula into war.
