The Secretary General of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, in continuation of the interventionist policy of the military alliance in the war in Ukraine, informed that NATO will continue to support Ukraine in the war of this country against the Russian Federation. Jens Stoltenberg said at a press conference in Oslo, the capital of Norway, on Thursday, continuing the military alliance's interventionist approach to the war in Ukraine, that NATO would stand by Ukraine until the end of the war. The NATO Secretary General also noted that the Ukrainians are steadily moving forward, but the situation remains extremely uncertain.

The war in Ukraine, with all its large-scale political, military, economic, social and even cultural consequences, has been going on for 18 months now. Western countries continue to support Ukraine and supply it with weapons. Russian officials, as well as some Western experts and media, describe the war in Ukraine as a proxy war between the West and Russia. Russia has repeatedly stated that the supply of Western weapons to Ukraine only prolongs the military conflict in this country and will have unpredictable consequences.
