Pro-Palestinian protesters interrupted the US first lady's speech
US First Lady Jill Biden was unable to perform on the second leg of her Women for Biden-Harris tour after pro-Palestinian protesters interrupted her speech four times in a row, NBC News reported.
This is genocide, Jill,” shouted one of four protesters in Tucson as he was forcibly removed by security.
The first lady's speech was expected to focus on women's issues, including abortion rights, which could be on the Arizona ballot in November.
"Extreme Republicans, led by Donald Trump, are passing laws that prevent women from getting the medical care they need, including IVF," said Jill Biden.
But 13 seconds after his speech, the first protester voted.
He was followed by a second less than two minutes later.
And as soon as he started to gather momentum in his speech, the third protester shouted.
A little later, the first lady of the USA announced that she had to leave soon.
"Nevada gale force winds are disrupting my ride," he added shortly after the protester was escorted out of the theater.
