Putin: Currently there is no plan to capture the city of Kharkiv in Ukraine

Speaking yesterday Friday in a press conference in the city of Kharbin in China, President Putin said that Moscow currently has no plans to seize the city of Kharkiv in Ukraine.

The President of Russia has said that Ukraine has been carrying out attacks on civilian settlements in the border areas, including the city of Belgorod, and that civilians are losing their lives in these attacks in Ukraine.

President Vladimir Putin has said that he publicly stated that if the attacks on Ukraine continue in those areas, Russia will establish a safe zone; and that is what they are doing now.

While on a visit to China, President Putin has said that he has discussed with his country's counterpart, Xi Jinping, ways to find a solution to the crisis in Ukraine and added that Beijing is determined to resolve the conflict between Moscow and Kyiv.
