Putin: Kinzhal Missile can reach US Aircraft Carrier in the Mediterranean
The Russian President responded to the deployment of two United States aircraft carriers in the Mediterranean Sea to assist the Zionist Regime in its war against Gaza. Vladimir Putin, Wednesday (18/10/2023) as quoted by Sputnik, said, "Two US aircraft carriers, stationed in the Mediterranean Sea, I will respond to this, but please note that this is not a threat, but rather an information update." He added, "Based on my instructions, the Russian Aerospace Forces will begin patrols in the neutral air zone over the Black Sea skies."
The Russian President continued, "Our MiG-31 fighters are equipped with the Kinzhal missile system, which has a speed of Mach 9, with a range of more than 1,000 kilometers." It should be noted that the distance from the Black Sea to the Mediterranean Sea is around 1,710 kilometers, and this is likely within the range of Russia's Kinzhal missiles. Previously, the United States sent the aircraft carriers USS Dwight D. Eisenhower and USS Gerald R. Ford to the Mediterranean Sea to provide support to Israel. Apart from that, the British government also intends to send its warships to the Mediterranean Sea, to help the Zionist Regime, against Gaza. Britain is also rumored to be flying tracking planes over the skies of the occupied territories.
