Report: Terrorists who killed 143 people in Moscow received instructions from Ukraine

This was indicated by Kirill Kabanov, the chairman of the National Anti-Corruption Committee of Russia, who said in an interview with Sputnik that the data in the technical devices captured from the suspects of the terrorist attack confirmed the connection of the terrorists with Ukraine.

Preliminary data received from those arrested in the case related to the terrorist attack indicated that Ukraine was heavily involved in the attack.

Kabanov has noted that the new report of the Russian Investigative Committee indicates that the Ukrainian intelligence agencies were involved in coordinating the terrorist attack and that it is important to understand that the Ukrainian intelligence agencies have a direct relationship with the US Central Intelligence Agency , the CIA and the British intelligence agencies MI6 and MI5.

Kabanov, who is also a member of the Russian Human Rights Council, added that, "that's why Western countries are trying to hide the truth while claiming that a banned international terrorist group was responsible in order to hide the fact that Ukraine itself is a large terrorist organization ."

The March 22 terrorist attack at the Crocus City Hall concert hall in the city of Krasnogorsk, on the outskirts of Moscow, led to the death of at least 143 people. The four main suspects in the attack - all citizens of Tajikistan - have been arrested in Russia and charged with terrorism.
