Telephone conversation between Erdogan and the German Chancellor

  Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan held a telephone conversation with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz on Thursday. According to the TRT website, in this conversation, Erdogan said that Turkey is making every effort to resolve the crisis as soon as possible and is ready to take many peaceful steps, including mediation. Pointing to the need to fulfill promises made to the Palestinians, Erdogan stressed that the international community should establish an independent state of Palestine within the 1967 borders with its capital in Eastern Quds. Supporters of the oppressed Palestinian people in many countries of the world, including Iran, Yemen, the USA, Lebanon, France, Peru, staged demonstrations and expressed support for the Palestinians and outrage at the crimes of the Zionist regime.
