The details of the operation of the Al Aqsa Storm in terms of military and telecommunications
Palestinian resistance groups based in the Gaza Strip, namely the Hamas movement and other Palestinian movements, especially the Palestinian Jihadul Islami Movement, on Saturday, October 7, launched an operation called Al Aqsa Storm against the Zionist regime; an operation that completely paralyzed the regime and greatly shocked the Zionists. The operation carried out by the Palestinian resistance groups is unprecedented or unprecedented; because the intelligence and military methods used in the operation and also some of the military tools and weapons used in the operation are very different from those used in the past wars of the Palestinian militant groups. The courage and creativity shown by the Palestinian groups in the operation has revealed a new direction of opportunities for the rebels and the weaknesses of the other side.
The attacks by the Palestinian resistance groups were carried out by land, air and sea and involved all the areas surrounding the Gaza Strip where 50 military camps of the Zionist administration and the suburbs of the Zionist settlers were attacked by the rebels. The Ministry of Health of the Zionist administration has announced that so far 1100 Zionists have been killed, 1,800 have been injured and more than 750 others are missing. Al Aqsa Hurricane Disaster One of the important characteristics of the operation is the full adherence to the principle of "surprise", which indicated the unwillingness of the Zionist army to face the Palestinian fighters. That fact has become more clear in the videos broadcasted on the Internet showing how the Israeli soldiers were shocked and destroyed. Natan Sachs, Director of the Middle East Policy Center in the United States, "Brookings" has admitted that the readiness of the al-Qassam Battalion, the military branch of the Palestinian Islamic Movement (Hamas) is surprising.
Sachs wrote that: In a major surprise attack by Hamas against Israel early on Saturday, dozens of Hamas fighters infiltrated Israeli towns and villages under the cover of thousands of rockets fired from the Gaza Strip. In its article, the American magazine Wall Street Journal mentioned the attacks of Hamas against Israel as having caused a great shock and called it a historic failure of the Israeli army and its intelligence agencies. Brian Katulis, senior fellow at the Center for American Progress says: This was a well-planned operation that did not happen by accident, and it is surprising that it was not discovered by Israel or its security partners. It is difficult to accept such a historic defeat. In the military aspect, the action of the resistance groups and the Palestinian struggle to use modern weapons shows how these groups pay attention to the issue of updating military equipment and the skills gained from recent wars, especially the Karabakh war in 2020 and those of Ukraine.
Among the issues to be highlighted in this aspect is the use of quadcopters with rockets and other equipment to blast tanks, deraya vehicles and destroy the enemy, and these weapons have been used effectively. The use of such military tactics has been the reason for the easy destruction of Israeli Merkava tanks due to attacks from above, despite having a strong anti-tank missile defense system. Another new method is the use of small helicopters (heli-gliders) to enter the neighboring areas of the Gaza Strip, which is unprecedented in the field of conflict between the Palestinians and the Israeli Zionists. Israeli tanks captured by militants The Palestinian resistance movement has also used drones to attack military equipment and forces of the Zionist regime.
At the same time, the movement of the Palestinian Resistance has used a lot of different types of pick-up vehicles and motorcycles in the Al Aqsa Tornado Operation to move their fighters, which has been very effective in surprising the Zionist army. The Palestinian Resistance Movement has also used thousands of different types of rockets and missiles of different ranges, which has made the Iron Dome air defense system of the Zionist regime confused; and as a result, a large number of rockets and missiles have targeted the intended target in various areas of occupied Palestine, including Tel Aviv due to its abundance. It will be remembered that, on Wednesday, the Islamic Jihad movement launched a new long-range missile in the parade of its forces, whose name was not made public.
