The "hot heads" of the West have received a signal related to the Russian intermediate doctrine
Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko said in a conversation with TV journalist Pavel Zarubin that the signals related to the changes in the Russian nuclear doctrine were perceived in the West, and this significantly cooled their aggressive moods.
"If the hot heads had not listened, they would have already bombed us, especially Russia, with those long-range missiles. And so, probably, it breaks their energy," said Lukashenko.
