The ICJ court warns Israel and asks it to stop committing genocide in Gaza

The international high court has said that Israel must ensure that its forces do not carry out acts of genocide and ask it to take steps to improve the human condition of the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip. However, it did not make a decision on the essence of the case opened by Afika South - whether genocide has taken place in Gaza. But it has recognized the right of Palestinians in Gaza to be protected from acts of genocide. In a preliminary ruling on a case filed by South Africa, the highest court of the United Nations has ordered Israel to take more measures to protect Palestinians to prevent genocide. More than 26,000 Palestinians have been martyred since Israel began its brutal assault on Gaza. South Africa on December 29 last year filed a case in the ICJ court asking the court to order Israel to stop its attacks against the residents of the Gaza Strip on the grounds that they violate the UN Genocide Convention. South Africa's application to the International Court of Justice (ICJ) regarding Israel's crimes against the residents of the Gaza Strip asked the court to take preliminary steps, including ordering Israel to immediately stop military operations in Gaza, the court to take meaningful steps to prevent the genocide of Palestinians, ensure that Palestinians who fled their homes return to Gaza and are provided with humanitarian aid such as food, water, energy, medical services, etc.
