Ukraine withdraws if Western aid is cut
The president of Ukraine admitted that if Western allies stop helping Kiev, the Ukrainian army will be forced to retreat. Russia has repeatedly said that sending Western weapons to Ukraine will only prolong the conflict in this country and will have unpredictable consequences. According to the Sputnik news agency, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky admitted on Friday: "Right now I am focused on getting help from the West. Their focus is changing due to the situation in the Middle East, without their support we will retreat." “The delivery of weapons to us has decreased,” Zelensky admitted. The President of Ukraine further added: “Kiev lacks 155mm shells due to conflict in West Asia.” Russian officials and some Western experts and media have described the war in Ukraine as a proxy war between the West and Russia.
