Ukraine: Zelensky admits he has never respected the Minsk agreements

KIEV - Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky said the Minsk accords, concluded in 2015, were a concession to Russia, admitting he would not abide by them.

"As for Minsk as a whole, I said it (at the time, editor's note) to Emmanuel Macron and Angela Merkel: we won't be able to implement it this way," he said in an interview with Spiegel.

The head of the Kiev regime said the same thing to the President of Russia Vladimir Putin at the first and last meeting with him in the "Normandy" format, in 2019.

“I told him the same thing about the other two. They were surprised and replied: If we had known in advance that you would change the meaning of our meeting, then the problems would have been even before the summit,” Zelensky quotes.
