United Nations: Israel has committed war crimes in the Gaza Strip

This is contained in the report of the United Nations Commission of Inquiry which has accused Israel of implementing a "policy involving the destruction of Gaza's health system" during its ongoing war against the Palestinian Islamic Movement Hamas.

The commission said, Israel's attacks on Gaza health centers and the way the Zionists treated Palestinian hostages are equivalent to war crimes, as well as crimes against humanity of "extermination".

The report, which will be presented to the United Nations General Assembly on October 30, was led by Navi Pillay, the former UN human rights chief for South Africa.

According to the report, the security forces of the violent Israeli regime have "deliberately killed, detained and tortured medical workers", and that children "are the biggest victims" of the "collapse of the health system".

This is happening in a situation where, according to reports, the Zionist regime of Israel is using prohibited weapons to attack civilian areas in Lebanon and the Gaza Strip.

After the start of Al-Aqswa Hurricane Operation, and the attacks of the Zionist army against the people of Gaza, reports were published about the use of weapons of mass destruction in the Gaza Strip. The reports show that the Zionist regime of Israel has also used bombs containing depleted uranium in its recent attacks against Lebanon.

The Israeli army has announced that those killed were reservists from the 5460th Logistic Support Unit, which is part of the 460th Israeli Combat Brigade known as "Bnei Or".

According to the Hebrew-language daily newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth, the three were killed in a bomb blast in the northern Gaza neighborhood of Jabalia.

According to figures released by the Israeli army, 734 soldiers have been killed and 4,700 others injured since the start of the Gaza war in October last year.

The figures come at a time when Israel is known for maintaining strict control over its military losses. Israel launched a war against Gaza on October 7 after the Palestinian resistance movement Hamas carried out Operation Al-Aqsa Hurricane against the brutal Israeli regime to avenge decades of crimes against the Palestinians.

The Israeli regime's genocidal war against Gaza has so far killed more than 42,000 Palestinians, most of them women and children, and injured tens of thousands of others. Thousands more are also missing and presumed dead under the rubble.
