Visit of a delegation from the Zionist regime to Qatar regarding prisoner exchange
Zionist media reported that a delegation from the Zionist regime visited Qatar on Monday to discuss the prisoner exchange in Gaza.
AP news agency reported that the Hebrew newspaper Yediot Aharonot reported that an Israeli delegation consisting of Mossad and Shabak services will go to Doha, the capital of Qatar, on Monday to begin talks with Qatari mediators on the details of the prisoner exchange agreement.
The Doha talks are discussing issues related to a possible agreement, including negotiating a list of names of Israeli prisoners to be released. In addition, the names of the Palestinian prisoners to be released, the terms of the ceasefire, including the withdrawal of the Zionist army from the Gaza Strip, the cessation of the information gathering operation from Gaza, and the limited return of Palestinians from the south to the north of the Gaza Strip are discussed.
Meanwhile; In his interview with CNN on Sunday evening, White House National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan announced that an agreement was reached between Israel and the mediator parties in exchange for the release of the prisoners of the Zionist regime held by Hamas in Gaza, and stated that these negotiations are still continuing.
The White House National Security Advisor stated that Qatar and Egypt should hold indirect talks with Hamas, because ultimately it is Hamas that will reach an agreement on the release of the captives, and added:"This work is being done and I hope that in the coming days we will reach a point where a definitive and final agreement will be reached on this issue."
