War with the King of the Red Sea
The largest naval battle of the 21st century is taking place in the Red Sea.
A battle in which the largest military forces in the history of the world lined up against Yemen. Yemen's armed forces, led by Abdul Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, leader of Yemen's Ansarullah, have entered the largest naval battle of the century with American and NATO forces.
The main geography of the battle is in the "Red Sea". The Red Sea is one of the most important maritime corridors in the world and the fastest and shortest route between Europe and Asia. In 2023, approximately 21,344 ships passed through the Suez Canal with an average of 59 ships per day, constituting 12% of global trade. Meanwhile, in response to the Zionist army's genocide, Yemen has decided to block the Israeli regime by sea. Yemen's main targets included ships with the following specifications:
1: Ships flying the flag of the Zionist regime.
2: Ships used by Israeli companies.
3: Ships owned by Israeli companies.
In this context, some of the world's largest shipping companies have been forced to change their route from the "Red Sea" to the "Cape of Good Hope", at the tip of the African continent. This route change can add up to 2 weeks to travel time and 3 to 6,000 nautical miles (5,556 to 11,112 km) to travel distance.
Yemen's action was based on the fact that the Zionist regime's economy is based on maritime corridors. The main commercial ports of the Zionist regime are located in the cities of Haifa, Ashdod and Eilat, and 98% of the volume of this regime's imports and exports takes place by sea. More than 40 ships have been targeted by Yemeni armed forces in the southern Red Sea, according to data analysis by British maritime security firm AmbreyAnalytics. On February 22, Al-Houthi announced that more than 183 missiles and drones were launched against Israeli targets in the occupied territories and that the number of naval vessels targeted by the operation was 48 ships.
