11 people killed by attackers in Pakistan

According to the statement made by police officials, armed people barricaded themselves on a highway in Balochistan yesterday.
The attackers killed 2 people and injured 6 people by shooting at a vehicle that was trying to pass the barricade without stopping, and then stopped a bus going from Quetta, the capital of the province, to the city of Taftan on the Iranian border.
Armed men checked the identities of bus passengers and took 9 people off the bus, all from Punjab province.
Police stated that the bodies of these 9 people were later found under a bridge approximately 5 kilometers away from the highway.
Police officials noted that the attackers were being sought.
According to Radio Pakistan, Pakistani Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif, in his statement on his X account, condemned the attack and ordered an investigation.
The sheriff expressed his condolences to the families of the victims and stated that he was with them.
Baluchistan Prime Minister Sarfraz Bugti also emphasized that he was deeply saddened by the incident and stated that they would continue their harsh stance against terrorists and that the terrorists would not be able to achieve their nefarious goals.
