The SGVED group that deals with the victims of the forced disappearance of the Sudanese conflict has said in its report yesterday that: "715 citizens have disappeared in Sudan during this six-month war between the country's army (SAF) and the Aid Forces Urgent (RSF)." The report has tracked human rights violations including abductions, detentions and arbitrary disappearances since April 15 when the war began until October 15, and includes the capital Khartoum and other Sudanese cities. In its report, the group said that among the people who disappeared forcibly, 666 were men, while 650 of them were adults and 16 were children. Of those people, 49 are women, of which 47 are adults and 2 are small girls. The war between military generals continues to wreak havoc in Sudan.

The city of Khartoum has a record of the highest number of cases of 309 cases of people who have been forcibly disappeared, while 156 are from the city of Omdurman, 130 have disappeared in Bahri, and other cases have disappeared in the provinces of North Kordofan, South Darfur State, North Darfur, West Darfur State and Central Darfur State. Sudan has experienced fierce fighting between SAF and RSF military generals since April 15 this year, resulting in at least 3,000 people being killed and more than 6,000 injured, as shown by the statistics of the Ministry of Health of Sudan. According to the United Nations Migration Agency (IOM), around 5.8 million people have fled their homes inside and outside Sudan due to the war.
