In his televised speech on Thursday, al-Houthi said that the main reason for the action is to continue the crimes of the Zionists and the American position to support those crimes. He added that: " The United States insists that Gaza remain under a complete siege and the Rafah crossing remains closed. The United States insists that aid and supplies needed by the Palestinian people will not enter Gaza." He also said: " The United States is sending its officers to the area to oversee the crimes of the Zionists. The United States is directly involved in the hunger of the Palestinian people by giving Israel bombs to kill the Palestinians." The leader of Ansarullah has continued to point out that the United States not only does not allow food and medicine to enter Gaza, but has also increased the tension with Yemen, which has caused a major crisis. He also said that the United States does not care about endangering ships and turning the Red Sea (Sham) into a battlefield, nor does it have a problem with expanding the scope of the war and worsening the situation in the area. Al-Houthi said that since the start of Yemen's operations in the Red Sea, 4,874 commercial ships have passed through the Red Sea, which is a large number. Image Caption The leader of Ansarullah has emphasized that: " We are only targeting Israeli ships. Our goal is to exert pressure to deliver food and medicine to the Palestinian people and prevent the crimes of the Zionists." The Muslims of Yemen, he said, have shown themselves as an example at all levels, giving the example of the weekly protests held throughout the country against the genocide carried out by Israel against the Palestinians. The leader of Ansarullah has said that Yemen's operations in support of the Palestinians have included attacking the Zionist enemy with more than 200 drones and more than 50 ballistic and cruise missiles. Al-Houthi said that people in countries where the regimes are severely oppressing them and therefore cannot participate in protests can support Palestine by boycotting American and Israeli products. He also said that Muslims have a great responsibility to support the Palestinian people. Elaborating, he said that if Muslims had provided the necessary support to the Palestinian people and Islamic fighters, the equation would have completely changed in the interests of the Palestinians. Al-Houthi said that despite the financial and military support of the United States and the West, Israel's military and economic loss to the Zionist regime of Israel is great.
