Amnesty International emphasized lifting the illegal blockade of Gaza. According to Al Jazeera, Amnesty International, in response to the deteriorating humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip, stressed: “Gaza is the world’s largest open prison.” Amnesty International added: "Humanitarian aid must be immediately allowed into Gaza and Israel's illegal siege must end." After the disgraceful failure of the last series of daring attacks by the resistance front, the Zionist regime, in an inhumane act, closed all crossings in Gaza to dissuade Palestinian forces from continuing their operations. The Zionist occupiers also killed more than 1,000 Palestinians, including hundreds of children, in a criminal act by bombing the Al-Ahli Al-Ma'amadani Hospital in the Gaza Strip. In another crime, Zionists attacked one of the Orthodox Church buildings in the city, killing and wounding several people. Eyewitnesses speaking to the Hamas-affiliated Al-Aqsa network said that when a building belonging to the Orthodox Church in the Gaza Strip exploded, they said, without giving the number of dead or injured, that more than 200 people were trapped inside the building.
