  Hundreds of rebels of the group called Allied Democratic Forces (ADF) have been killed since the forces of Uganda and the Democratic Republic of Congo launched Operation Shujaa against the group in eastern Congo. He said that during that period, 50 ADF militants have been captured alive while 31 others have surrendered since the operation began.
