It has been stated that the vote is not for interviewing or not interviewing the President of the United States, but it is a legal measure that gives more authority to the committees involved in the investigation. The resolution compels the judicial bodies and management committees in the House of Representatives to follow up and engage in their investigation of cases of suspicion facing Biden and his family of abusing their power and political position in receiving bribes. Jim Jordan and James Comer, two prominent Republican representatives, have called the House of Representatives' vote a "clear message" that many American citizens want to know the source of millions of income of the Biden family. Mike Johnson The Speaker of the House of Representatives of the United States previously said that there is an urgency to interview Biden because the White House has prevented an investigation into the allegations of corruption facing him regarding people close to him. Johnson has said in relation to officially starting to interview Biden that: Evidence shows that the Biden family has received millions of dollars from abroad. Johnson also noted that: Most of the legal affairs committees are doing a great job in finding evidence of corruption allegations against members of the Biden family, however the White House is preventing the implementation of the process while hiding thousands of pages of various documents and documents. Three Republican-led congressional committees are accusing President Joe Biden of accepting bribes and corruption during his time as Vice President of the United States. Biden, for his part, has opposed the accusations where the committees of the United States House of Representatives have so far failed to present any evidence to prove their claims.

Joe Biden criticized Republicans for what he called "shots in the dark," saying that: "Republicans aim to attack me by telling lies and wasting time with baseless political tricks." Republican members of the House of Representatives claim that Biden and his family illegally benefited from Biden's decisions when he was Vice President of the United States from 2009 to 2017. The House Oversight Committee has also claimed that Biden's family and associates his business in the period from 2014 to 2019 received more than 24 million dollars from financial sources in China, Kazakhstan, Romania, Russia and Ukraine. Republican lawmakers are focused on investigating the business activities Hunter Biden, Joe Biden's son, is accused of doing. Hunter Biden has defied the wishes of the Republicans to give private evidence about his business activities and thus aggravated the tug-of-war between him and the members of the party. Republicans for some time now mention him and believe that Hunter Biden is the main cause of the political crisis facing his father. If the legislators are able to relate Hunter Biden's business and personal activities to his father, then they will have succeeded in giving a big blow to the position and affecting Biden's influence among the American voters. Hunter Biden, is accused of corruption It seems that one of the goals of the Republicans and especially the supporters of Donald Trump, the former president of the United States, is to seek revenge on the Democrats after being interviewed twice when Trump was in power. At that time, the Democrats had a majority in the House of Representatives, where Nancy Pelosi, the then Speaker of the House of Representatives who was at odds with Trump, was instrumental in moving forward the process of interviewing Trump. At that time, the Republicans mentioned that interviewing Trump was a step taken for political and partisan purposes, especially with the purpose of weakening Trump in the 2020 presidential election and condemned the move.

Nancy Pelosi, former Speaker of the House of Representatives Right now the Democrats have also expressed the same position as the Republicans about interviewing Biden; and they believe that the efforts being made to remove Biden from power are clearly being carried out with the aim of tarnishing his name and reducing the support of the people for the president in view of holding the presidential election in the United States in November next year 2024. That is why all the parliamentarians of Democrats in the US House of Representatives voted no to begin the process of interviewing Biden. The official investigation to remove Biden from power if it is voted on in the parliament and then impeached by the Senate could be a big problem for Biden during the election. Undoubtedly, if this investigation will lead to Biden being interviewed by the Senate, it will not make him removed from power due to the majority of Democrats in the Senate. At the same time, considering the many internal and external issues facing the country, the American people believe that the Republicans' act of wanting to remove Biden from power is only a political move. They see that, the country's politicians in the Congress are using the country's time and money for their political and party agendas to remove the opponent from the other party instead of dealing with the problems and big challenges they face. An opinion poll conducted in September of this year has shown that only about 41 percent of the people who participated in the survey supported the idea of interviewing Biden in Congress because of his association with the accusations facing his son Hunter Biden; while the remaining participants i.e. 35 percent were against it, and 24 percent also said that they are still not sure about their positive or negative opinion on the issue.
