Ayatollah Khamenei: Only Way to End War, Reduce US Crimes
The Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution of Iran, said the only way to end the war in the West Asia region is by reducing the crimes of the United States.
Ayatollah Sayyid Ali Khamenei, Wednesday (2/10/2024) held a meeting with hundreds of scholars, science olympiad winners, and rankers in Iran's national university entrance exams. In the meeting, the Leader said, "The root of the region's problems is the presence of parties such as the United States and some European countries, who lie about peace and tranquility.
He added, "Therefore the only way to stop various conflicts and wars in the region is to reduce the crimes of these countries."
Ayatollah Khamenei, assessed that the provocation of Saddam Hussein, to attack Iran, and the creation of bitter and difficult events, is evidence of the war-hungry policies of the US and the West in the West Asia region.
"The good relations between Iran and Iraq today, which are clearly visible during the great Arbaeen parade, are clear evidence that shows that the real factor in the problems in the region are those who lie and claim to be supporters of peace. Their crimes in the region must be reduced with God's help, and with the help of the inspirations of the Islamic Revolution, and the cooperation of other nations," he explained.
At the same time, the Leader, considered the intelligentsia, and efforts to provide opportunities to educate the intelligentsia, to be the most important asset of the state.
He explained, "The most important opportunity to educate the educated is to utilize Intellectual Intelligence or IQ, and in this field, Iran is among the advanced countries in the world."
Regarding the rapid development of science in the world, Ayatollah Khamenei invited scholars to carry out jihad to revive science.
"One of the fruits of the excellence of science and technology is cutting off the hands of the enemy that grip the people of Gaza and Dahiya Beirut, and preventing wars that burn the people and the youth," he concluded.
