Oman's foreign minister said at a strategic dialogue meeting between Russia and the countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council in Moscow that the agreement between Iran and Saudi Arabia would have a positive impact on the region.A strategic dialogue meeting between Russia and the countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council took place in Moscow, the capital of Russia, between Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and a group of his colleagues in the member countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council.

According to Al Jazeera news agency, the Foreign Minister Omani Affairs Badr bin Hamad al-Busaidi stressed that Iran is our neighbor with whom we coexist and we can overcome obstacles to strengthen the foundations of stability in the region.He explained: "There have been important developments in our region, that is, the resumption of diplomatic relations between Saudi Arabia and the Islamic Republic of Iran." Al-Busaidi also expressed hope that the partnership of the Arab countries of the Gulf region with Russia will lead to a more stable and prosperous future. The Minister Foreign Affairs of Oman also condemned the Zionist regime's aggression against the Palestinian people.
