Charges against Biden administration at International Criminal Court

The "Democracy for the Arab World Now" (DAWN) Institute has filed charges against former US President Joe Biden and two of his ministers, namely former US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken and former US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin, at the International Criminal Court, calling on it to initiate an investigation against these leaders for aiding the war crimes of the Zionist regime of Israel.

The non-governmental organization was founded by Jamal Khashoggi, a Saudi journalist who was also a columnist for the Middle East Eye and the Washington Post. Khashoggi was brutally murdered by Saudi Arabian officials inside the country’s consulate in Istanbul, Turkey, in 2018. DAWN advocates for democracy and human rights in West Asia and North Africa and works to end U.S. support for repressive and undemocratic governments in the region.

A 172-page report by the Dawn Institute, supported by lawyers registered with the International Criminal Court and other experts on war crimes, shows that former US leaders violated the provisions of the Rome Statute and the Statute of the Court by supporting the crimes of the Zionist regime.

The report, submitted to the International Criminal Court, notes that Biden, Blinken and Austin provided political and military support for Israel’s crimes again without any conditions while they were fully aware that Netanyahu, Gallant and their aides were committing horrific crimes in Gaza.

The United States has been fully involved in these Zionist crimes.

The then US President, Joe Biden and senior officials of his administration, especially Secretary of State, Anthony Blinken and Secretary of Defense, Lloyd Austin, are direct accomplices in Israel's crimes during the Gaza war.

These US leaders fully supported Israel's political, military and weapons crimes and supplied the Zionist regime with all kinds of weapons to incite it to commit genocide against innocent Palestinians in Gaza.

For its part, the American Boston Institute revealed in its report that the United States fully supported the crimes of the Zionist regime during the more than 15-month war of the oppressive regime in the Gaza Strip against defenseless civilians.

The new US President, Donald Trump, has also agreed to give Israel another batch of weapons that the Biden administration had stopped giving to the Zionist regime.

The DAWN Institute has said that Biden administration officials repeatedly blocked the passage of sanctions against Israel and instead provided the regime with all kinds of aid despite knowing full well that their aid would fuel Israeli war crimes in Gaza.

Gaza tyrant Benjamin Netanyahu is wanted internationally for his crimes in Palestine

The United States, as a strategic ally of the Zionist regime, played a key role in the invasion of the oppressive regime in the Gaza Strip during Joe Biden's presidency, by sending thousands of heavy, remotely-guided bombs and actively participating in the martyrdom of thousands of Gazans, especially women and young children.

Considering all this, we can say with a broad mouth that the United States is a direct partner of Israel in its unprecedented crimes against the Palestinians of Gaza and elsewhere where the Zionist regime is committing its crimes.

Likewise, despite the fact that the crimes of the Zionist regime, especially the genocide of the people of Gaza and its use of weapons to torture the Palestinians with hunger and thirst, are condemned worldwide to the extent that international arrest warrants have been issued for the leaders of the Israeli criminals, the United States not only opposes these measures to punish Israel, but has even been taking action against every institution that issues judgments against the Zionist regime.

The United States has also repeatedly used its veto in the United Nations Security Council to protect Israel and encourage it to continue committing crimes against the Palestinians.
