CIS leaders have all confirmed their attendance to the BRICS conference.  

All CIS presidents have accepted invitations to the Kazan BRICS conference. Yuri Ushakov, Russian presidential aide, said this during the briefing.

"The states that now preside over influential regional integration associations in Africa, Latin America, the Middle East and Southeast Asia have also been invited," he said.Russia believes it is reasonable to evaluate CIS petitions for BRICS membership, according to Ushakov.

"We prioritize the partner-states in that category to invite. First, we think it's reasonable to explore CIS applications for BRICS collaboration "said the Russian president's aide.

Remember the October 22-24 BRICS conference in Kazan. The event is scheduled to draw 33 international delegations, including 26 heads of state. Presidents Lula da Silva, Modi, Ramaphosa, Jinping, Pashinyan, Erdogan, Sisulit, and others agreed to visit Tatarstan's capital.
