Corbyn: Britain's continued arming of Israel makes it an accomplice in the Gaza genocide

Jeremy Corbyn, who is currently a representative in the British Parliament, has emphasized that the British government's continued sale of arms to Israel makes it an accomplice in the crimes committed against the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip.

Corbyn has said that some members of the British Parliament have asked the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to make clear and publish legal advice that proves that Israel is violating international law in its war against the people of Gaza.

Earlier, The Observer newspaper, quoting Alicia Cairns, head of the Foreign Affairs Committee in the British House of Commons, revealed that the country's government did not publish the legal advice it was given, and continues to provide weapons to Israel.

With this in mind, Jeremy Corbyn says, the British government has violated international law by selling weapons to Israel, and also by exchanging intelligence with Israel.

Thousands of Palestinians in Gaza have been killed by the Israeli army with American, British and German weapons

The former leader of the Labor party reminded the actions of the former British prime minister Tony Blair, who said that he was informed that London's participation in the invasion of Iraq was not legal, but he ignored the issue, and said: What is being done now by the government in the war Israel against the Gaza Strip is a repeat of what happened in the invasion of Iraq. Jeremy Corbyn added that the violations of the law in the case of Gaza are more obvious.

On the other hand, Corbyn has said that the British Foreign Minister, David Cameron, and the American President Joe Biden cry crocodile tears for the people of Gaza, but they continue their close relationship with Israel and its Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu.
