Deadly explosion in Syrian Deir ez-Zor


At least 45 people were killed and injured in a mine planted by Daesh (ISIS) terrorists in the Deir ez-Zor region in Syria. According to the official Syrian News Agency (SANA), a mine planted by Daesh terrorists in the Deir ez-Zor region exploded a truck with several people who was driving to collect field truffles in the Kabajib region in the Deir ez-Zor region. The incident killed 5 people, more than 40 people were injured.

On Monday (February 27), a mine planted by Daesh terrorists exploded in the village of Al-Mastariha in the east of the city of As-Salmiya in the province of Hama, killing nine people and injuring two more. These events take place against the backdrop of the illegal military presence of the United States and its allies in Syria under the pretext of fighting terrorist groups.

The Syrian authorities have repeatedly stressed that the actions of the US and its allies in Syria constituted an "occupation".
