Emphasizes the establishment of an independent Palestinian state from the Spanish Foreign Minister
The Spanish Foreign Minister emphasized the establishment of an independent Palestinian state at the joint press conference he held with the Turkish Foreign Minister in Ankara.
As our correspondent reported, Spanish Foreign Minister Jose Manuel Albarez said the following about the establishment of peace in the Gaza Strip at the joint press conference he held with Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan in Ankara:
“An independent and stable Palestinian state must be established, and this can be the fundamental condition for establishing security, peace and stability for both the Palestinians and all countries and the Middle East region.”
"Jose Manuel Albarez" added that Spain wants an immediate and permanent ceasefire on Gaza and the sending of unconditional humanitarian aid to this strip.
Previously, Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez had called for the recognition of the independent Palestinian state.
Recent months have seen tens of thousands of pro-Palestinian protesters organized in cities across Spain in a coordinated movement demanding an end to the Zionist regime's war against the Gaza Strip and recognition of an independent Palestinian state.
The crimes committed by the genocidal Zionist regime against the Palestinians caused a global reaction, and people, various governments and international institutions all over the world called for support to the oppressed Palestinian people.
Supporters of the Palestinian people around the world have held demonstrations in recent months, condemning the Zionist regime's crimes against the people of the Gaza Strip.
The Palestinian nation has been deprived of even the simplest rights under the pressure of the genocidal Zionist regime for more than 75 years.
