Former Afghan leader: Taliban is thinking about how to get nuclear weapons
The former head of Afghanistan's national security has claimed that the Taliban group is currently investigating how to obtain and possess nuclear weapons.
The 11th round of the "Herat Security Conference" began yesterday Monday in the city of Dushanbe, Tajikistan, attended by political figures and representatives from more than 20 countries and international organizations. According to the Shafaqna news agency, Rahmatullah Nabil, the former head of Afghanistan's national security, said in the meeting that there is a possibility that the Taliban will get the weapons from Pakistan or by paying engineers to be able to own the weapons.
