Gulf Cooperation Council: International Community Must Hold Tel Aviv Accountable for Its Crimes
In its statement, the Gulf Cooperation Council stressed that the Zionist attacks in the Gaza Strip are evidence of organized crime and stressed that the international community must hold Tel Aviv accountable for the crimes committed.
According to the official Saudi Arabian News Agency (WAS), the Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council, Jassim Mohammad al-Badawi, said in a statement: "We strongly condemn the Israeli attack on Saturday on the al-Mawasi area in the southern Gaza Strip, which caused heavy casualties among Palestinian civilians."
He added: "This attack once again demonstrated the organized and ongoing criminality of the Zionists against our Palestinian brothers." Stating that the Zionist regime's army does not adhere to any laws, treaties or agreements, Al-Badaiwi stressed: "Therefore, the international community must fulfill its duty and hold Tel Aviv accountable for the crimes it is committing."
Despite ongoing negotiations on a ceasefire and prisoner exchange, the Israeli occupation army committed two brutal attacks in the Gaza Strip on Saturday, killing and wounding more than 400 Palestinians.
Thousands of Palestinian refugees lived in this area of the southern Gaza Strip. Eyewitnesses reported the first moments of this crime as the Zionist army carried out a large-scale and intensive bombing and dropped half-ton bombs on the refugee camp using F-16 fighter jets.
