HAMAS: Israel's positions have hindered the Doha talks
One of the senior leaders of the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement HAMAS has said that negotiations to stop the war in the Gaza Strip have hit a rock in Doha, the capital of Qatar due to the unclear positions of the illegal Israeli regime.
Mohammad Nazzal, a member of the Political Office of HAMAS said this today Friday in an interview with al-Jazeera television and added that, "No good progress has been witnessed in the Doha talks despite the efforts of the mediators, due to the unstable positions of the Zionist regime. "
The negotiations for a cease-fire in Gaza and the exchange of hostages, mediated by Qatar and Egypt, were based on opening the way for the delivery of humanitarian aid to Gaza and the exchange of hostages.
Nazzal has noted that, "Agreement on the exchange of hostages is possible only with a complete cessation of the military occupation against the Palestinians of the Gaza Strip."
The muqawama movement insists that the proposals of the Islamic struggle group for the cessation of war in Gaza are fully in line with the reality of things in a way that the enemy cannot reject.
HAMAS wants an end to the war, the return of refugees, the release of humanitarian aid, the start of the reconstruction of Gaza, and the withdrawal of the brutal regime forces from Gaza.
Mohammad Nazzal, a member of the Political Office of HAMAS has explained that: The threats of the Prime Minister of the Zionist administration of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu to invade and attack the city of Rafah in the south of the Gaza Strip do not shock or intimidate the jihadists of HAMAS.
