Haniyeh: Hamas will remain in Gaza in 2024
The head of the political bureau of the Hamas movement emphasized that 2024 will be the year of Palestinian unity and the release of prisoners, and stated that any plan to solve the Palestinian problem without Hamas and resistance groups is a delusion and a mirage.
Ismail Haniyeh said that on the 88th day of the attack, the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip continue to show examples of stability and determination, Arab News news agency reported. Haniye also stated that despite all the efforts of the Zionist regime to break the resistance and return the captured soldiers, the resistance continues to defeat enemy targets one by one. Stating that the enemy trampled everything with great brutality in its attack on the Gaza Strip, Haniye said that the Zionist regime prisoners will be released only under conditions of resistance. The Head of the Hamas Political Office commended Lebanon, Iraq, Yemen and all those who support the Palestinian people and their rights, and called for avoiding double standards on the Palestinian issue and the rights of the Palestinian people. Haniye also appreciated South Africa for filing a complaint with the International Criminal Court about the Zionist regime's crimes against the Palestinian nation, saying, "This complaint has political and legal significance and it is hoped that Tel Aviv will be condemned."
