As the brutal attacks by the illegal Israeli regime in various parts of the West Bank continue for the 30th consecutive day, the regime's forces have raided the home of the preacher of Al-Aqsa Mosque, Sheikh Ekrima Sabri.

According to the AP news agency, the forces searched his home and questioned the Islamic leader. They also posted a notice on his door demanding that he attend a hearing regarding his expulsion.

In August last year, after Sheikh Sabri led a prayer for former Hamas political leader Ismail Haniyah and offered condolences following his death, Israeli occupation forces arrested him and later released him while preventing him from entering Al-Aqsa Mosque.

Sheikh Sabri is a vocal critic of Israel's decades-long occupation of the Palestinian territories. He previously held the position of Mufti of al-Quds and the Palestinian territories from 1994 to 2006.

Meanwhile, on the 30th day of the Israeli invasion of the northern parts of the West Bank, the forces of the illegal Israeli regime attacked parts of Tulkarm, Nablus, and Al-Khalil.

A Palestinian youth was injured in the town of Bita, south of Nablus, as a result of attacks by the occupation forces.Israeli occupation forces also raided Beit Rima, northwest of Ramallah, and arrested several Palestinians. During the invasion, fierce fighting broke out between Zionist forces and Palestinians.
