Residents of the Quneitra region in southern Syria held a protest on Monday in front of the governorate building in the city of Al-Baath. As reported by Al-Alam TV channel, the demonstration took place simultaneously with the arrival of a UN delegation to Syria to discuss the aggression of the Zionist regime. In addition to Quneitra, demonstrations were also held in a number of other cities and villages in Syria against the occupation of the Zionist regime and its aggressive policy. The demonstrators chanted "Israel, leave Syria" and demanded the complete withdrawal of the occupation forces from southern Syria.
Al-Alam Network reports: "On Monday evening, the immaculate body of the martyred head of the Executive Council of Hezbollah in Lebanon was laid to rest in his birthplace after a glorious funeral that lasted several hours. Tens of thousands of Lebanese attended the ceremony. The funeral participants, chanting anti-Zionist slogans and shouting "We will never be humiliated," buried the martyr Safieddine in the mausoleum."
