Netanyahu increasingly dictator! Approves a law that immunizes him from corruption charges

TEL AVIV - The occupation parliament has approved a law that does not allow the cabinet judicial adviser to dismiss the prime minister and declare him incapable of carrying out his duties.

The Knesset shields Benjamin Netanyahu from having to leave office while he stands trial for corruption. In a heated night session, the Israeli parliament approved by 61 votes to 47 a regulation that prevents the Supreme Court from forcing a prime minister to take a "leave" or even resign for a conflict of interest.

At dawn today, Thursday 23 March, in second and third reading, the draft of the "Fundamental Law" was approved which prevents the removal of a prime minister from office and the definition of his inability to perform his duties. It is a law that guarantees immunity to Benjamin Netanyahu, who is on trial on charges of corruption and breach of trust.

The amendment also establishes that the Supreme Court cannot consider or ratify a petition requesting the declaration of impossibility, despite the fact that the Judicial Adviser to the Israeli government, Gali Bharav-Mayara, has expressed his opposition to the impediment to carry out the judicial control, and expressing its legal position in this regard.
