Palestinian Islamic Jihad Movement rejects Zionist lies about hospital attack
In a statement issued, Islamic Jihad fundamentally rejected the Zionist regime's false claims regarding culpability for the attack on Al-Ma'amadani Hospital. According to Al-Jazeera TV, the Islamic Jihad movement responded to statements by a Zionist army spokesman that the movement was responsible for the bombing of the Al-Maamadani hospital, noting: “These statements are false, and the resistance does not use public facilities in as military centers." In its statement, Islamic Jihad stressed that blaming the movement for the bombing of Al-Maamadani Hospital does not absolve the enemy of responsibility for the killings it committed.
The Palestinian movement has indicated that the enemy wants to justify its work in bombing hospitals so as not to take responsibility for this crime. Islamic Jihad added that al-Maamadani Hospital and other hospitals in Gaza were publicly threatened and ordered to evacuate by Zionists during the bombing days. Local sources reported that the number of martyrs in this tragedy reaches 1,300 people, most of whom are women and children.
