Peoples of the region will create a better future for the region

The Leader of the Islamic Revolution, commenting on the failure to achieve any of the Zionist regime's goals to destroy Hamas and Hezbollah, said: "The noble peoples of the region, with God's help, will eradicate this vile regime and create a better future for the region."
His Eminence Ayatollah Khamenei, on the radiant birthday of the Lady of the Two Worlds, Lady Fatima Zahra (peace be upon her), in a meeting with thousands of poets singing the praises of the Prophet and representatives of various walks of life, expressed his thoughts on regional issues, including the Syrian crisis. He noted that one of the groups, taking advantage of Syria's internal weaknesses and with the support, planning and intervention of foreign countries, managed to plunge the country into chaos.
Referring to his recent statements about the US's dual strategy towards the countries of the region, namely, "imposing a dictatorial and subservient regime" or, if this is not possible, "creating unrest and chaos in the country", he added: "Their plan in Syria has led to unrest and chaos. Now, the US, the Zionist regime and its allies, feeling an imaginary victory, have fallen into boasting and empty talk like the devil's gang."
His Eminence Ayatollah Khamenei cited the statements of an American official who hinted at supporting "anyone who would sow unrest in Iran." He called these statements an example of the boasting of enemies and added: "Fools, it is as if you smelled roast meat, but the Iranian people will trample anyone who agrees to be America's puppet in these matters."
Touching on another topic related to the developments in the region, he noted the boasting and empty talk of a Zionist representative pretending to be a winner and said: "Unhappy ones, where did you win? Is it your victory to kill more than forty thousand women and children with bombs but not achieve any of the goals you declared at the beginning of the war? Were you able to destroy Hamas or free your prisoners in Gaza? Or, despite the murder of a great man like Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah, did you manage to eliminate Hezbollah in Lebanon?"
The Leader of the Islamic Revolution stressed that the resistance in the region, including Hezbollah, Hamas and Islamic Jihad, remains alive and well, and addressed the Zionists, saying, "So you have not won, you have been defeated."
He pointed out that the Zionists' advance on Syrian soil and the occupation of parts of it took place without any obstacles or resistance, even from a single soldier. He added, "This unhindered advance cannot be considered a victory, but there is no doubt that the brave and courageous young Syrians will drive you out of there."
His Eminence Ayatollah Khamenei, stressing that the Islamic Republic of Iran does not have mercenary forces, said, "Yemen and Ansarullah, Hezbollah, Hamas and Islamic Jihad are fighting because they believe. Their faith and belief have brought them to the field of resistance, not Iran's instructions."
