RA: The arms procurement plan will also be classified as a state secret
The Government of the Republic of Armenia approved the list of information on purchases made for the needs of the armed forces and classified as State secrets.
As "Armenpress" informs, the issue was included in the agenda of the regular session of the government. According to that, the Ministry of Defense purchase plan, purchase request, technical specifications, the process of organizing purchases, the organization that performed the supply or provided the service or performed the work are classified as state secrets. Purchases carried out for the needs of the Armed Forces include: acquisition or modernization or repair of anti-aircraft defenses, missile, volley rocket, anti-tank complexes, artillery systems and means, mortar systems, radar and reconnaissance complexes, meteorological complexes, equipment and probes necessary for their operation. acquisition or modernization or repair of means, artillery optical and reconnaissance devices, acquisition or modernization or repair of radiation chemicals and equipment, acquisition or modernization or repair of unmanned aerial vehicles and their systems, etc.
