Russia: All perpetrators and organizers of the Belgorod attack will be punished
Describing the attack carried out by the Ukrainian army on the city of Belgorod as a "cynical and bloody crime", the Russian Foreign Ministry stated that all perpetrators and organizers would be punished.

Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said that Great Britain was behind the terrorist attack, which encouraged the Kiev regime to commit terrorist acts in coordination with the United States, as it admitted that the counter-offensive of the Ukrainian armed forces had failed. Russian officials stated that at least 14 people, including two children, died and 108 people were injured in Ukraine's missile attack on Belgorod.
